Our commitment
Josh Adams Group wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and we check new pages and changes against that standard.
What we do
- Text and background colors are chosen and tested for enough contrast.
- Pages are built to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
- Images that carry meaning have a text description; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have visible labels and plain-language error messages.
- Moving images on the home page pause when you ask your device to reduce motion.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and links in a consistent structure for screen readers.
Known limitations
- Listing photos and details come from the regional listing service and the brokerages that list the homes. Some photos may not have a text description.
- The search map is a visual tool. The same homes are always available in the list beside it.
- Some third-party content, such as map tiles, may not meet every guideline.
